CNC milling is machining performed using numerically controlled milling machines. It allows precise cutting into solid material so as to achieve the finished product that conforms to the specifications set forth in the order.
CNC milling enables you to attain the highest level of precision, owing to the computer control of the milling machine. This also makes it possible to provide a repeatable and effective service, also during periods of increased demand from clients.
We offer the WEDM Electroerosion Cutting service, simultaneously in 4 axes. Accuracy 0.005mm surface quality 0.3Ra. Possible wire diameters from 0.1 to 0.3 mm. The greatest advantage of this technology is the ability to process hardened steels with a geometry impossible to produce, for example, by milling.
With this technology we make: punches, dies and all kinds of tools from hardened materials, carbides. E.t.c.
CNC turning involves removing excess material using a single-point cutting tool. This process is used primarily in the preparation of various details used at later stages of the service. Depending on the client's needs, we use longitudinal, copy and contour turning as well as facing.
CNC turning works best for components with the shape of a solid od revolution. By cutting out successive layers of material, we aim to achieve the target shape of the detail. This method allows us to achieve a repeatable service, which plays a major role in ensuring continuity of the service process by our clients.
Although modern computer technologies are chiefly applied in the grinding process, conventional services are still offered on the market. Computer-controlled milling machines are used in bulk, fast and highly precise services. Meanwhile, conventional grinding is a good solution for smaller services and for components with a lower level of complexity.
The time needed to prepare for commencing the service also plays an important role. In the case of conventional grinding, the preparatory work is usually much more efficient.
In this technology, we use shaped electrodes for drilling, e.g. milled, made of copper or graphite. Just like electrical discharge cutting, we are talking about high precision here. Another advantage of this technology is the ability to make shapes that are impossible to make in the removal cutting technology, blind pockets with sharp corners.
We make starting holes on an EDM drill. Holes with a diameter of 1mm to 3mm in increments of 0.1mm. The drill allows, for example, to remove broken taps, as well as to make starting holes for WEDM cutting.
